A: Our waitlist time is approximately 6-8 weeks as of 01-06-2026.
Q: What age-range do you work with?
A: We are currently accepting referrals for individuals aged 10 years and up.
Q: What type of psychologists do you have available?
A: We currently have generally registered psychologists who conduct psychotherapy treatment interventions, cognitive assessments, and Specific learning disorder assessments.

Q: Are there any specific presentations you don’t accept referrals for?
A:Yes, please refer to the list below:

Q: What can I expect during my first visit?
A: Your first session is about getting to know you and understanding your unique concerns. We’ll complete registration and consent forms, discuss relevant history, establish your goals, current challenges, and begin exploring ways to support your journey toward well-being.
Q: How do I know if therapy is right for me?
A: Therapy can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their mental health, gain insight and clarity, or manage specific issues. If you’re unsure, reach out to us for a preliminary discussion.
Q: Do you offer online sessions?
A: Yes, we provide both in-person and online therapy options to ensure you have the flexibility to access the care you need.
Q: Do you work with clients from LGBTQIA+ backgrounds?
A: Yes, we are an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and are a gender and sexuality affirming practice.
Q: Do you accept clients with NDIS funding?
A: Yes, we accept NDIS-funded clients.
Q: Do you accept private health insurance?
A: We do not accept or process direct insurance payments, but we can provide receipts for you to claim rebates through your private health insurance provider.
