  • Your first session is about getting to know you and understanding your unique concerns. We’ll complete registration and consent forms, discuss relevant history, establish your goals, current challenges, and begin exploring ways to support your journey toward well-being.

  • Yes, we provide both in-person and online therapy options to ensure you have the flexibility to access the care you need.

  • Yes, we are an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and are a gender and sexuality affirming practice.

  • Yes, we accept NDIS-funded clients and utilise neuroaffirming frameworks.

  • We do not accept or process direct insurance payments, but we can provide receipts for you to claim rebates through your private health insurance provider.
